I don’t think there is one person I’ve spoken too who hasn’t experienced the big dips in motivation during Lock Down. They hit you hard but we bounce back. Today we worked with a lovely group of people to make those dips more manage
Today we ran our first in a series of group coaching sessions to give people some space to reflect on what’s causing the most stress in the present time and applying a simple technique to gain some control and calm. Something we all need right
