Abbie Jackson

Abbie started her career in Media Sales 16 years ago, working her way up to senior management level before training to become a coach and moving into the field of Learning & Development and Change Management. As Head of Learning & Development in a large media organisation, Abbie worked across the business building professional development solutions and bespoke workshops as well as delivering a range of internal leadership and management development programmes. In 2014, Abbie set up her successful coaching and training consultancy.
Her commercial background means Abbie understands what it’s like to work at pace, but knows how helpful it can be to slow down and create space to think, plan and focus in order to perform better. As a coach, she keeps sessions moving within a calm and supportive environment. Using a cognitive behavioural approach, Abbie works with clients to unpick the barriers they face and pragmatically works with them to build new objectives and practical strategies to move forward.

As a facilitator, Abbie has worked hard over the last decade to hone her skills and she creates a fun and energetic environment in which clients can learn. She regularly leads workshops in management and leadership development, sales and communications skills, presenting and negotiation and sessions for working parents.

In 2019, Abbie and her long-standing friend and industry peer, Amy Savage, launched Glow, aimed at helping people within organisations feel confident and energised to perform at their best; inside and outside of work. Their ambition has seen them support people in finding connections between their work and personal life to bring out their best self through bespoke mentoring and training.

Abbie is a Myers Briggs Practitioner, a certified NLP Practitioner, and Associate member of the Association for Coaching.

Amy Savage


Amy is a coach and facilitator for the creative industry, helping people find the spark in both their personal and professional life.

With an established background in media of more than twelve years, Amy spent six of these in Learning & Development, and it was here that her passion for people performance and development took root. She worked closely with senior management teams to identify the key organisational challenges and opportunities, developing L&D strategies and training programmes to meet the needs of the employees and to deliver long-term business success.

In 2010, Amy set up her own consultancy and, in that time, worked as a coach and facilitator delivering leadership and management programmes, career growth and behavioural skills workshops.

In 2019, Amy and her long-standing friend and industry peer, Abbie Jackson, launched Glow, aimed at helping people within organisations feel confident and energised to perform at their best, inside and outside of work. Amy is driven by a desire to achieve long-lasting change in her client’s attitudes and behaviour, helping to enhance their skills and their understanding of themselves and others.

Amy’s knowledge of contemporary neuroscience influences her ‘brain-based’ approach to coaching, which encourages improved thinking and new habits, leading to positive change and higher levels of fulfilment and performance.

Niall Macgregor

Niall began his career with one year of intensive leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, before serving as a commissioned officer in the British Army for a further four years. He left the army to train as a professional actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, before pursuing a rewarding, and relatively successful career on stage and in television.

Over the past ten years, Niall has been delivering one to one coaching, and designing and facilitating interactive and experiential leadership development programmes, usually within the context of people, culture and communication.

Amongst many others, he has coached over 70 senior leaders in one of the world’s largest multinational banking and financial services organisations, as part of a Global Finance transformation programme. He has also coached and mentored countless leaders to design and deliver high impact pitches, presentations and speeches, with a focus on content, style and the behaviours associated with Executive Presence and high impact communication.

Niall is passionate about helping leaders to clearly define, commit to, and achieve attainable goals. His approach helps clients to recognise and acknowledge what they are good at; to build better self-awareness; to be more confident and more resilient; and to take small, committed steps when working on big personal challenges. Niall strongly believes that we all have the power to change and adapt and that, more often than not, it is our own inner critic that gets in the way. His coaching will help create more control over that inner critic, by defining what needs to be done and how to do it.

  • Kate Southerby

    Kate has worked for more than a decade in leadership coaching and mentoring with many top-flight organisations and start-ups, including holding a senior L&D role at Arcadia Group.

    She is a qualified brain-based coach and a member of the Neuroleadership Institute. She founded her own coaching business four years ago and is an expert in brain-friendly coaching methods.

    She is a respected expert in habit change, dilemma coaching, leadership coaching, and increasing employee wellbeing.

    Her approach is direct, purposeful, and unapologetic but all delivered in a warm and motivating manner that has an immediate but lasting impact. As a result, her coaching methods improve decision-making, resilience and reduces feelings of overwhelm.

    Kate also works with clients to improve their interpersonal relationships through greater self-awareness, empathy and understanding of other people.

    Her clients include EY, Accenture Interactive, Leo Burnett, Langland, Digitas, Publicis, The Kiss House, Lilium Aviation, Royal Marsden, and various global start-up businesses.

    She is also a speaker and has delivered sessions at the Do Lectures on emotional intelligence.

    In terms of qualifications, Kate is an ICF brain-based coach and a certified practitioner in TotalSDI Relationship Intelligence, DISC, Myers Briggs, Situational Leadership, Korn Ferry Leadership styles, and culture creation.

    She is currently studying Interpersonal Neurobiology to support her client's wellbeing and resilience.

    Kate and her young family live in Brockley, South East London. She loves going for long country pub walks. Although a city girl at heart, you’ll find her hanging out in creative spaces with her head in a book or at the weekend, in a muddy field cheering her kids on at football.

    Janine Esbrand

    Janine is an award-winning executive career coach, career strategist, international speaker and former lawyer. She believes that getting more people into the right roles and career will change the world for the better.

    After going through multiple career transitions in her legal career, and then taking the leap into full time entrepreneurship, Janine understands what it means to step away from the conventional career path and instead embrace opportunities that are most aligned with your strengths and values.

    Janine has helped lawyers, accountants, sales executives, project managers, business analysts and many other career professionals to transition into more fulfilling and impactful roles using her proprietary D.A.T.A methodology. She has the unique ability to inspire you to action, challenge you to dream bigger and keep you accountable to your desires, always with a smile on her face and passion in her voice.

    As a mother herself, Janine has a particular passion for supporting working parents, who have a desire to grow fulfilling careers whilst raising a family. She was a member of the coaching team for Re-ignite Academy for 2.5 years, where she focused on helping female lawyers return to practicing law after taking a career break to raise a family.

    Through her TEDx talk and Podcast called "Career Change Maker Podcast", Janine has helped thousands of women around the world take control of and change their career for the better. Janine's accreditations include a Diploma in Life Coaching from The Blackford Institute, Life & Leadership Training from IPEC and an Advanced Certificate In Executive Coaching from Bristol Business School. She is also a certified DISC practitioner.

    Janine has been recognised as a thought leader by media outlets such as Yahoo Finance, Business Insider, Thrive Global, Yahoo Finance and Huffpost. When she is not coaching, training or speaking she can be found spending time with her husband and two young children, travelling around the world or enjoying walks in nature.

    Sarah Partridge

    Sarah Partridge is a purpose-driven leadership consultant and coach, driven by the desire to help individuals develop the mindsets and behaviours to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

    Prior to setting up her consultancy, Sarah served as Head of Strategy & Business Development at BMW Group Financial Services, working directly alongside the CEO and Executive Leadership team to set the strategic direction of the company, as well as leading the Internal Communications, Innovation and Change Management functions.

    Sarah spent the first two decades of her working life enjoying a successful career in the recorded music industry, starting out in marketing at Polygram Records and climbing the ladder to obtain senior leadership positions at both Sony Music and most latterly as Marketing Director at EMI Records.

    As a mother and woman in leadership, Sarah is no stranger to the challenges of the modern workplace. Whilst at BMW Group, she trained as an Executive Coach & Wellbeing Practitioner and set about utilising her new-found knowledge to support her colleagues. She began to make a real and tangible difference to the lives of others and was recognised at the Women In Credit Awards as ‘Colleague of the Year’ for her coaching work during the pandemic. Sarah’s coaching philosophy is guided by the fundamental principle that true growth only happens when you’re willing to step outside of your comfort zone. Her approach is warm, supportive and gently challenging. She is an advocate of focussing on thinking styles to unlock limiting beliefs and uses Cognitive Behavioural methods combined with strengths-based psychology to maximise growth.

    She has numerous accreditations, including an ICF Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching. She is also a licensed Firework Career Coach and WRAW (Workplace Resilience & Wellbeing) Master Practitioner and has several qualifications in Stress Management. She is a member of the Association for Coaching.

    When she’s not working, Sarah can be found spending time with her two kids, playing vinyl on her Technics 1200s, watching her favourite football team on TV and walking in the countryside with Ninja the Sprocker Spaniel.

    Doug Faulkner

    Everything that Doug does, he does with energy and humour. He finds joy helping people realise their own potential by creating innovative learning platforms so that his clients leave his sessions feeling motivated and committed to try out new approaches.

    With a background in stand-up comedy, you can’t help but have a smile on your face when you attend one of his workshops, and whether it’s personal impact or management training, Doug knows how to keep an audience engaged and curious.

    As a Coach, his style is creative, inspiring, positive, and thorough.

    He started his career at the world’s first innovation agency in 2000, supporting innovators to come up with ground-breaking and market-altering ideas.

    He moved into supporting the training team and it was here that he helped people master the skill of state management - how to get people in the right mindset to free up their creativity and come up with great results.

    Energetic and positive, he indulged his passion for fun by writing comedy for the BBC while setting up his own training and coaching consultancy in 2008. Since then, he has worked across media, health and pharma, government, retail, and finance sectors coaching senior managers and business leaders through to entrepreneurs.

    Doug is an auto didact, so uses the breadth and depth of his experience in real world situations to create a 360-degree coaching style. This puts clients firmly back in the driving seat and in a position to positively influence and inspire those around them.

    His areas of expertise include performance coaching, innovation, personal impact, management training, personal branding and diversity training and he has worked across a range of clients including AstraZeneca, HSBC, ITV, Coca Cola, Sony Music, Sony PlayStation, ITV, Nike and Bupa.

    Doug lives in Brighton, is very active in the LGBTQ+ community where he focuses on bringing the community together to celebrate diversity.

    He’s a non-exec director at Gaydio Brighton which is part of a larger not-for-profit with the largest reach of any queer media company in the U.K.

    He also hosts and co-runs BizMix Sussex which has a number of networking events hosted in some of Brighton’s most iconic venues and volunteers as Appeals Director for the Ledward Centre, Brighton’s brand-new queer community centre.

    Lisa Quinn

    Whether it’s learning to navigate the uncertainty and relentless pace of work, creating impact in a new role, managing stress and overwhelm or overcoming feelings of Imposterism, former Communications Director turned coach, Lisa Quinn, can help.

    Her clients are senior executives in the US, UK and Asia and she is an in-house coach for a large global PR agency. She also coaches on a high impact development programme for the Allbright members’ club, designed to help senior women step into C-suite roles.

    The consistent thread running through feedback from her clients, is that working with her helps build their confidence and their ability to trust their instincts. She helps them improve their resilience, manage stress and avoid burnout, manage their emotions, and work out how to get back on track when things go wrong. Her clients develop their self-awareness, and know how to harness their strengths and values in order to create the impact they want at work. Able to build a connection quickly, she is compassionate and positive, and her clients value her straight–talking approach and sense of humour.

    Having worked in Communications for 22 years before retraining as a coach, Lisa has reported to CEOs and led high performing teams at board level. Educated at London Business School, she knows what it’s like to work in a fast-paced business, to have targets, multiple stakeholders and to navigate complex operating environments.

    Her coaching is evidence based and anchored in neuroscience. Lisa is a trained Mindfulness Teacher, a trained Somatic Coach, a trained team coach and is working towards an MCC certification – the highest available through the International Coaching Federation.
