Managing transitions to support you at work and at home

We support mums and dads through the transition of becoming a parent. Your first session will happen just before you leave for maternity/adoption leave and your second session takes place while you’re off but starting to think about coming back to work. Your third and fourth sessions support your return to the workplace, helping to keep your confidence levels high and your mind focused on the job in hand while managing challenging emotions of being away from your baby.
