WORKING
PARENTS
Parenthood inevitably creates more to think about; logistically, practically and emotionally. Parental coaching is a fantastic way to help you think about change and transition, set new goals and objectives and manage some of the challenges that may come along the way, particularly at the beginning of your journey.
Supporting parents in the workplace started out as a passion project for us and has become central to our offering here at Glow. We offer a number of different approaches specifically designed for working parents to create and deliver relevant and balanced support. We also work with existing parent groups and internal coaches who are looking to bring more to the table to help with maternity and paternity challenges.
